Pre-Care

Minimize UV exposure for at least a week before your treatment.
Stop using retinol and AHAs 3-5 days before treatment.
You may not have BOTOX, chemical peels, laser resurfacing, or other skin treatments for two weeks prior to the Dermalinfusion treatment.
Inform your provider about medications or supplements you take, as some may affect your skin's response to the treatment.
In the days leading up to your treatment, follow a gentle skincare routine, using a mild cleanser and a hydrating moisturizer to keep your skin calm and balanced.
Shave the area of the skin, if necessary, but avoid waxing or threading, as these methods can cause irritation.

Aftercare

Avoid products with retinol, alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs), beta hydroxy acids (BHAs), and other exfoliants that could irritate your skin for 3-5 days post-treatment.
Use a gentle, hydrating moisturizer, and drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated.
Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 daily, even if you plan to stay indoors.
Stay out of the sun for at least a week, and consider wearing a wide-brimmed hat for added protection when outside.
Allow your skin to breathe by taking a day off from wearing makeup.
Resist the urge to pick at your skin, even if you experience mild peeling or flaking.
