About Richard Wyatt
Dr. Wyatt graduated summa cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis with a degree in Biology in 1981. He then pursued an MD/PhD at Duke University, completing both his medical degree and PhD in Microbiology and Immunology by 1991. Following this, he completed his internship at the University of Pennsylvania in 1992 and his Dermatology residency at the University of North Carolina in 1995, serving as Chief Resident in his final year.
After working as a locum tenens dermatologist across the U.S., Dr. Wyatt joined Dr. Goos’ practice in Concord/Westford in 1999. In 2002, he founded Pioneer Valley Dermatology in Amherst, where he successfully managed and grew the practice over the next 22 years.
Throughout his career, Dr. Wyatt has provided expert medical and surgical dermatology care to patients of all ages.
Beyond dermatology, he is passionate about woodworking, natural history, and beetles.
