About Michelle Roy

Michelle M. Roy, MHS, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 28 years of clinical experience of which the last 21 years has been practicing in the field of dermatology. She graduated from the Duke University Physician Assistant program and was recipient of the Richard John Scheele Memorial Award.

She practices adult and pediatric dermatology with a special interest in the emerging field of integrative dermatology along with the role nutrition plays in skin health.

She was co-founder of Make Big Change, a local nonprofit that brought free sunscreen dispensing devices to communities across the country. This program is now the nationally recognized Practice Safe Skin program for the nonprofit IMPACT melanoma.

When not in the office, Michelle enjoys volunteering and spending time with family and friends. She is an avid runner having run the Boston Marathon multiple times for IMPACT melanoma. She also enjoys baking, cycling and surfing.

She is board certified by the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants and a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She recently completed advanced training and certifications in Integrative dermatology and integrative nutrition.
