John Rampone, Chief Operating Officer, joined Adult & Pediatric Dermatology, PC in August 2023. John has 25 years of experience working in healthcare operations across various settings. He most recently worked for two large healthcare systems spanning multiple states as a member of the leadership team overseeing primary care, medical, surgical and hospital professional services. He was responsible for over 100 practice locations across three states with approximately 450 providers across multiple areas of clinical care. His previous experience and ability to develop strong working relationships with providers and staff in the field has made him an important asset to the team. Outside of the office, John enjoys spending time with his family and friends as well as outdoor activities.
