About Laura E. Gaudette

Laura Gaudette is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with specialized expertise in dermatology. She completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice and Master of Science in Nursing at the Medical University of South Carolina, graduating with a perfect 4.0 GPA. With over six years of diverse healthcare experience, Laura has developed advanced skills in dermatological care through a two-year fellowship at Lahey Hospital, affiliated with Harvard Dermatology Residency. 

Her professional interests include managing conditions like acne, hidradenitis suppurativa, and metabolic dermatological disorders. She is also a published author in the Journal of the Dermatology Nurses’ Association and has attended numerous industry-leading conferences, such as Maui Derm and AAD. Laura’s patient-centered approach and dedication to quality improvement make her a valuable addition to APDerm. 

Outside of work, Laura loves playing with her daughter and spending quality time with her husband and their two Boston terriers. She enjoys reading, cooking, experimenting with crafting and crochet, swimming, and ice skating. With a passion for learning and a constant drive to expand her knowledge, Laura brings curiosity and creativity to everything she does.
