About Lynn Iler

Dr. Lynn Iler graduated from Amherst College with a BA and earned an MA in education at the University of California at Berkeley. After completing her premedical requirements at Columbia University, she earned her medical degree from Brown University School of Medicine. She completed her internship with the Department of Internal Medicine at Yale University. She then returned to Rhode Island to complete her Dermatology residency at Brown University Department of Dermatology, where she was Chief Resident. She is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology and a clinical assistant professor at Brown University School of Medicine.

Dr. Iler is especially interested and experienced in skin cancer prevention, early detection, and treatment. She has promoted skin cancer awareness and sun protection through public service announcements, free skin screenings, and live news interviews. She also has a special interest in BOTOX and the treatment of warts. She was named in Rhode Island Monthly as a Top Doc in dermatology in 2002 and annually from 2007 to present.

Outside of the office, Dr. Iler enjoys rowing and competes with a master’s rowing program at Narraganset Boat Club in Providence, RI. She also loves spending time with her husband and three sons.
