Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

As a courtesy to our providers and other patients, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible.  A No-Show appointment is when a patient 1) cancels the appointment the same day of the scheduled appointment, 2) does not show for the appointment, 3) arrives 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time.  We reserve the right to charge $50-100 for a No-Show appointment.  Three No-Show appointments within a 12-month period will put you in jeopardy of scheduling with the clinician and possible dismissal from the practice.

A Late Cancellation is when a cosmetic appointment that is scheduled for 60 minutes or less is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, or when cosmetic appointment is scheduled for more than 60 minutes is cancelled less than 72 hours in advance. A Late Cancellation fee for cosmetic appointments less than 60 minutes is $50-$150, and for cosmetic appointments more than 60 minutes that required a scheduling fee will have that fee forfeited.
